Typical strip style shopping center. Parking spaces are adequate, nice variety of stores. I shop at Salls beauty supply, big 5 and Ross most often.

It is simply the best shopping around. As transients ourselves we tried not to linger near doorways, cuss, or horseplay, though I do occasionally leer. Unlike some of the other reviewers I thoroughly enjoyed the speed bumps. Saw Baskin Robbins but did not get his autograph.

A little bit of something for everyone. From clothes to sporting goods, jewelry, shoes, food, and ice cream. This is one of my favorite places in Ukiah to park the car and just walk around to browse and shop.

I go to several of the stores in this little shopping center. There is plenty of parking. I do most of mt shopping at the grocery outlet. My phone service is also at the Cricket store there. There is also a Dollar store and a great Mexican restaurant.

My dad lives close by and loves coming here for his STRAWBERRY WAFFLES !!! When I cone to visit which is quite often , I get my French toast!!! We both enjoy the truck stop and the waitresses ate the best , friendliest, I've ever known, always very sweet , warm and welcoming ♡♡♡ I could go on and on and on , cuz we really like this TRUCK STOP!!!!!!!

Pear tree center has in my opinion the best Mexican restaurant in the town of Ukiah. Super Taco. I would recommend it to anyone that likes Mexican food. That's why I go to pear tree center. Also the bus stop is there
